David M. Prieto - Chief Executive Officer
David brings over 17 years of business expertise to the role of CEO.  He was most recently a senior executive at a global merchant bank, where he managed over 20 service professionals.  He also has an extensive background in strategy, accounting, and corporate finance, having spent most of his career building and growing businesses across a diverse range of industries as both an employee and advisor. David is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the company, as well as the accounting and IT functions. He is focused on growing the business and continuing the quality of service that is the foundation of Cherry Creek HOA Professionals.  David earned an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business and holds the CMCA certification.

Ron Koch - Director of Community Operations
Ron started with the company in 2005 as a property inspector and quickly began managing his own portfolio of communities.  Ron grew to become the leader of the operations side of the business as Director of Community Operations. Ron's previous experience includes law enforcement and insurance adjusting.  He holds the CMCA and AMS certifications.

Shane Lussier - Senior Community Manager
Shane joined Cherry Creek in 2014, bringing with him 20 years of experience across a variety of related roles and industries.  Shane’s extensive management experience and unique skill set makes him a valuable asset to our management team.  As Community Manager, Shane is always looking to implement new and efficient ways to help our clients, offering the highest level of commitment and customer service in every aspect of his job.  Along with many professional licenses and accomplishments, Shane holds a CMCA certification.
